New 3-bedroom luxury apartment finished in 2008, Es Monestri is a small exclusive development on the Sant Antoni end of Palamos, about 50 metres from the beach, Platja Monestri, which lies midway round the bay of Palamos.

There are 14 duplex apartments on the ground and second floors and 14 triplex on floors 3, 4 and roof. Ours is a triplex apartment in the upper half.

The entrance on the 3rd floor takes you into the living room with balcony overlooking the pool. Also on this floor are the kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs are two double bedrooms, one single room and another bathroom.

A spiral stairway takes you from the living room to the sun-terrace on the roof with its private jacuzzi and superb views from the Gavarres mountains towards the sea.

The apartment is air-conditioned. Being a small development the swimming pool is shared by just 28 apartments.

The apartment is no-smoking and no-pets. Garage spaces are under the pool area and we have the first space inside the door.
